Board of the World has a 30-day return policy for items returned in a new, store-bought condition with all original tags and packaging.
Skateboard Decks – Skateboard decks must be un-used condition and not have griptape pre-applied to them in order to be eligible to be returned. Product refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
For clothing and other Board of the World printed merchandise – Any clothing return claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within a 30 day return policy window.
For packages that are lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Returned by Customer – Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are offered at the buyers shipping expense.

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Board of the World reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
