Two weeks ago, I was invited to go to the EWSRA tradeshow to see some of the new 2025 Union bindings that are going to be released next season. While I was at the show, I shot the pictures and gathered the notes below that I’ll share with you here.
You can see more images in the EVO gear preview.
Here are the known updates for the 2025 winter season:
For the 2025 season, the most significant update is that the 2025 new Union Falcor has been completely redesigned. Now, it is on the same ASYM Molecular Bushing (running shoe type base) that the Union Ultra is built on. It also will have an ASYM Forged Hybrid Highback to give it more response, as well as updated straps.
Union bindings will now feature a scannable NFC wireless information chip, just like all Capita Snowboards do. When scanning the NFC chip embedded in the binding, users will get access to product details and register for their warranty. On Union’s side, the NFC technology will allow Union to track manufacturing issues more closely to improve their products even further.
The Union Force has no new upgrades, just a few new team highback colorways like gray and red, in addition to the sand color that was released earlier this year.
The Union Strata has been updated to a few new colors and now features the new TS 2.1 Hexgrip toe strap.
The Atlas Pro has three upgrades for 2025 – A new Hybrid 2.0 ankle strap, the new TS 6.0 toe strap, and new tool-less adjustments.
The standard Atlas has been upgraded with new Exoframe 5.0 ankle straps, new TS 6.0 toe straps, and a new S22 Duraflex CB highback, which has a new standard tool-less forward lean adjustment instead of the old slide dial.
The Union Ultra has no new tech upgrades for 2025. It just comes in a few new colorways: Black, White, Red, Yellow, and Teal for Men and Black, White, Hot pink, Aqua, and Purple for the Women’s version.
The 2025 Union Bindings line is expected to ship in the USA in September 2024.

I got to demo the new 2025 Union Falcor bindings at the February On Snow Demo in Stratton in Vermont, and they were outstanding. They offered the dampness, extra padding, and boardfeel of the Union Ultra while being noticeably stiffer for all-mountain riding.
The 2025 Union Falcor Bindings are expected to be released in early September 2024.
